Commercial Client Accountant - London
Commercial Client Accountant - Our Client, a commercial and Residential Surveying practice are looking for a Client Accountant to join their team, has arisen.
The role will primarily entails client accounting and reporting on a diverse Commercial property portfolio, involving all aspects of reconciliation and property accounting, client reporting and statement production and reconciliation. The role will also entail full service charge production, apportionment and reconciliation.
The Person: To apply you MUST have a proven track record working in Commercial Property Accounts with a knowledge of service charges and be literate in Excel and Tramps.
Property Management Accountant - London
Property Management Accountant – Our Client is seeking a Property Management Accountant to join their team. The established management firm provides a full range of property management services to the UK market. The Role: -
- Preparing annual service charge accounts for auditing, balancing accounts and crediting or charging tenant as necessary in conjunction with the Surveyors.
- Reconciling Client account to ensure that all rent is allocated to the right place.
- Responsible for preparing and sending out rental demands for a specific portfolio.
- Setting up new properties on the property management system.
- Responsible for producing and sending out invoices to tenants.
- Recording financial adjustments on the property management system.
- Forging strong relationships with clients and assisting on queries they may have.
- Preparing VAT reports.
- Reconciling bank accounts.
The Person: Please only apply if you have had experience with one of the ‘name’ property management systems such as Tramps. The successful candidate will be an experienced property accountant with strong communication skills with the ability to forge strong relationships with clients.
