For example, planning a training programme is an important part of the initial set-up.

Project managers & consultants

Implementation consultancy will be led by a highly experienced project manager. These are people who understand all the intricacies of the property business, and know ‘best practice’ when they see it. They’ll rapidly learn the unique needs of your own business too, to help bring the two together.

Technical installation & set-up

Qualified engineers install the software and adjust hardware and server configurations as needed. We'll also add remote access for support or your own use if required.

Data conversion

We have considerable expertise in taking data from existing systems, cleaning it, and importing it into the new database. Even if you've been using spreadsheet based systems.

Training

Clear and comprehensive training courses are held in our dedicated training facilities, which can take up to 6 people at a time. These are structured training courses based on your business processes, and include full documentation.

'Bite-sized' training over the web is also available for smaller, more specific topics.

Account manager

All clients get a dedicated account manager. He or she acts as your voice within our company. They'll make sure you’re always happy, and keep you informed about latest developments.

Annual maintenance
