Trace Solutions has defined the standard client account report formats for a generation of property management accountants.

And we continue to do so. These days we offer optional automatic printing of supporting invoices, and flexible downloads for electronic transmission to clients, or to pass directly into the client’s own accounting systems.

TRAMPS provides both traditional ‘income and expenditure’ client reports (perhaps on a traditional quarter's activities) and user definable financial reports, such as P&L and Balance Sheets based on the client’s own financial accounting periods.

Additional ad-hoc general ledger reporting is instantly generated with the easy-to-use ‘drag and drop’ reporter - which in turn can be sent, at the click of a button, to a spreadsheet.
