Property details

The main database, which records the client/owning company, property & land assets, units and head leasehold agreements. It also incorporates a useful Compliance and Inspection Schedule.

Units

Breaks the asset down into its units.

Leasehold agreements

Records landlord, and key rent and lease dates for leasehold agreements.

Tenant agreements

Holds full tenant information, including holding lease and rent dates.

Diary

With automatic import from the base system, the diary provides efficient management of all key rent and lease dates.

Export wizard

The system provides many standard reports, but the export wizard also allows the user to send specific data to Excel, Word, and other programs.

Acquisitions and disposals

Holds details regarding property purchase and disposal.

Web Hosting

Estateman is available as a hosted system for those who have no wish to manage their own hardware.

Accessibility

The software can be accessed via any standard web browser. Estateman uses a secure website (HTTPS) connection.

Security

Estateman uses the Equinox Database engine. This is a secure and well-proven database, used by police forces and banks, among others.

Rent Receivable

Generates rent demands and other charges to tenants, with management of receipts and payments and useful debtor reporting.

Direct Debit

Includes the ability to email demands, and record direct debit information. Data can be exported at the push of a button so that sales ledger information can be imported into the customer’s preferred accounting system.

Accounts Payable

Manages the payment of rent and other property outgoings to the landlord or supplier.

Service Charge Accounting

Manages the apportionment of scheduled service charges, enabling full tenant reconciliation at year end.

Facilities Management

Via a helpdesk, this module records property repairs and manages the instruction to the contractor, via work orders, variations and payments.

Health & Safety

Holds data for condition surveys, disabled access, risk assessments, asbestos and legionella registers.

Training and Consultancy

To ensure your total satisfaction, we provide a comprehensive consultancy and training programme during implementation – followed, in due course, by on-going support services. 

Training can be carried out at your premises or ours, and will be conducted by an experienced member of our staff. Training is backed by an Operator's Manual that explains in detail how how each module works.
