Trace Solutions and COVID-19: An Update

 

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in the UK is developing fast. COVID-19 will now undoubtedly create serious disruption and widespread illness in the UK over the coming weeks.

As much as is humanly possible, we have planned to ensure ‘business as usual’ during this difficult time – while also taking measures to protect the safety of our clients and our staff. 

So in line with Government recommendations, we have now begun to implement a smooth transition to routine home working.

Remote support of our clients is already commonplace, but remote operation of all our wider business processes, systems and technologies has been successfully stress-tested over the past week and has been found to be fully effective. 

These systems are robust and should ensure continuity of support – although obviously until further notice we are no longer able to supply services on-site.

No doubt we will all face challenges over the coming weeks, but as a supportive and welcoming employee-owned organisation, Trace Solutions is well placed to meet them.

We look forward to working closely with you over the coming months.
