New Director of Customer Success Appointed

We are pleased to announce that David Hitchcock has been appointed to a new role at Trace Solutions: Associate Director of Customer Success.

The creation of the new role aims reflects our desire to improve customer service still further, by bringing account management, training, implementation and support together under a single leader. The intention is to break down silo thinking and deliver joined-up solutions to our customers.

David knows the business better than most: he has been with Trace for 20 years and has had managerial experience across the company. Before joining Trace, he held roles at Colliers and CBRE, where he gained broad experience across the property management sector..
