Trace at PropTech Connect 2025

On the 3rd and 4th of September, Trace Solutions took part in PropTech Connect 2025, Europe’s largest real estate innovation event – and one that promises to shape the future of our industry.

With thousands of delegates and hundreds of exhibitors, PropTech Connect was a showcase for the latest thinking across commercial real estate – from emerging startups to long-standing leaders like ourselves.

Trace’s stand featured the bold headline “Power to the People” – a simple phrase that captured our central message: that great property management depends on people, relationships and accountability. Technology should support those things, not replace them.

Having recently celebrated fifty years in the sector, Trace was proud to stand out as one of the UK’s original ‘proptech’ pioneers – and perhaps its most consistent. Remarkably, our first two clients – CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield – remain clients to this day.

Across the two days we welcomed many longstanding customers, including representatives from MAPP, Workman, Carter Jonas, and many others.

And while our stand generated strong interest in our new product features, it was our people-centred AI approach that really made the difference – a theme explored by both our Director of Operations Matt Benton and Business Development Director Neil Stewart in their respective sessions.
