Trace exhibits at NHF Finance 2026

Trace Solutions were on show once again at the NHF Housing Finance Exhibition and Conference, which took place 24th-26th March at the ACC Liverpool.

As ever, ours was one of the busier stands. “End the nightmare of service charge spreadsheets” is a commonly held sentiment amongst delegates – to extent that some people even took selfies in front of our graphics.

More profoundly, the legislative changes that are now on the horizon mean that many social housing organisations are now urgently looking for a system that will allow audit and full transparency – something for which spreadsheets are entirely unsuited. Many demos focused on this aspect ofour BlueBox software for Housing Associations.

Also on show were the latest interface developments in BlueBox. These are designed to make the system more user friendly and to simplify processes such as budget approvals.
