Presenting release 6.60.10

We never stop improving and enhancing our software at Trace Solutions, whether that’s the new features planned into our roadmap or responding to customers’ ideas.

The ‘Tracers’ who reside at Trace are constantly enhancing our packaged software, which allows all our clients to benefit quickly from the innovations we make available.


We’ve made a number of performance improvement in this release, including speeding up the ad hoc Mail Merge process, which is especially important when you’re dealing with very large data sets. The creditor enquiry system also gets a boost, making it faster to find what’s important to you.


We’ve made it simpler for users to locate specific tasks they’re working on, with improvements to activity lists. Finding what you need is now a breeze.

Users have always been able to enter creditor invoices that directly recharge debtors via a chosen service charge schedule, but now we’ve given that feature the Mojo treatment to make it easier to do.

Recharges can be calculated and generated according to the given unit apportionments for the schedule and adjusted if required.

It also allows any void funding to be charged and any shortfall to be calculated and adjusted for.


The distribution of documents to your Tenants and Occupants is better than ever. Whether that’s Health and Safety documentation, or the budget report for a property, documents can now be added as attachments to notification emails or as attachments on the Tenant App noticeboard. Neat.

We’ve also improved the diary system. The system can now automatically create diary entries when documents (e.g. the documentation for a safety inspection) are attached to units in PM&A – meaning you’ll never miss that important event again. We’ve also improved the way the Mojo for Suppliers App interacts with supplier users, when they load invoices. Bye bye emailed invoices.
