Mojo delivers new Helpdesk features

We are pleased to announce the latest release of our property management software, which includes both PM&A 6.40.20 and Mojo 3.28.

The release includes new helpdesk features, which allow tenants to log calls directly.

Calls can be categorised and routed to relevant staff – for example, to the accounts or building maintenance team. They can also be logged on behalf of a tenant.

With the ability to add notes and review attachments, all the important information relating to the call can be kept in one place. Tenants automatically receive an email acknowledgement when they log a call, and a history log means that everyone knows the precise status of the query.


A big problem when managing property is communicating with the real occupant – typically when a residential tenant (the leaseholder) has privately sub-Let. For this reason we’ve introduced ‘Occupant’ users to Mojo for Tenants.

This allows you to communicate directly with the Occupant – for example if you need to warn them about imminent communal works. The Occupant can access some important information but won’t see any details (such as financial) that only the lease holder should see.


A hot topic within IT departments is Microsoft’s move to modern Authentication systems, such as OAuth 2.0, when sending email.  You’ll be pleased to hear that this release gives your IT team the ability to configure the sending of emails from apps using OAuth 2.0 authentication.


There are over 40 other improvements in this release, including technical upgrades to keep the software running smoothly and securely. If you’re already a customer, you can access the full release notes and guides in the customer support area of our website.

This release is available now, free of charge to all our clients. Any customisations you may have made will be fully retained during the upgrade process.
