Ross & Liddell chooses Trace

Scottish property management company Ross & Liddell has chosen Trace Solution’s TRAMPS property management software to manage its substantial portfolio of commercial properties across Scotland.

TRAMPS provides the ability to keep track of rental payments and service charges, taking into account insurance recharges and facilities management, and emailing statements to tenants to make the process more automatic and efficient.

Jennifer Harkins, Senior Associate at Ross & Liddell explains: “We chose TRAMPS because it can cope easily with the banking requirements of our portfolio and it provides modern day solutions which will assist us in providing the best service to our management clients”

The new solution is being implemented and training for employees is also being rolled out. The system will go live in a two-phase process and is expected to be fully operational by August 2021.
