Mojo makes Head Lease & Lease Management easy

Our July release of Mojo builds on one of the key pillars of the Mojo philosophy: that the data in your property management system should always be perfect.

That’s why we’ve just introduced three new tasks-based online forms. They allow you to deal with 1) head lease rent reviews, 2) changing landlords on head leases, and 3) assigning leases.

The forms are easy to use and, as elsewhere in mojo, you can configure them to meet your needs exactly.

Mojo takes auditing and compliance to a new level, with clever features for capturing supporting evidence and the reason for change.

Combined with the optional ability to configure levels of approval before anything can enter the live database, your data will be in the best shape it ever has been.

But there’s far more to this release than that. We’ve also introduced a clever but simple-to-use tool for moving your customised form designs around your systems. Which means you can spend more time doing the job you love, rather than the administration you hate.
