Speyroc chooses Trace

Scottish developer and contractor Speyroc has selected Trace’s BlueBox software to manage its growing portfolio of commercial property.

Speyroc is a particularly innovative developer. Founded in 1968, it has often pushed boundaries in environmental design, winning an award for the most environmental building of the year in 2007 and in 2011 creating the first ever speculative commercial development to meet the ‘BREEAM Excellent’ standard.

The Speyroc team regard direct property management as an essential part of their work, allowing them to optimise how services are delivered, and, indeed, how their construction projects are designed in the future.

BlueBox will give the company greater visibility and control over the management process, helping the team to provide an even better service to their clients.

Speyroc has opted for a Cloud-based property management solution fully hosted on Trace’s highly secure data centre servers.
